I have had a life-long love of dance, ballet and fitness and soon after moving to Somerset in 2002 with my husband and twin boys I qualified as a personal trainer.
For over fifteen years I have been teaching one-to-one and group classes which have evolved into a fun and rewarding fitness family.
Having lived through a breast cancer diagnosis and treatment in 2014, and at the ripe old age of 54, I am now feeling fitter and happier than ever, loving my classes which benefit mind, body and spirit.
