Here’s what you need to know when preparing for a video session:
- Each video is about 30 minutes long and all you need is a bit of space.
- You can use the back of a sturdy chair or a kitchen work top instead of a barre for stability.
- Barefoot or soft gymnastic shoes are fine for barrecore and trainers are needed to do the cardio barre workouts.
- The weights used for cardio barre are 2kg for all the combination exercises and 1kg for the isolated arms section.
- Make sure you have a glass of water handy for in between tracks.
